OUR METHOD

Our programs are based on an evidence-informed strategy measuring processes within the team environment at both the individual and team performance levels.

 

Built in partnership with leading professors from Queens and Western University, VictoryLab’s action-oriented programs help create and maintain healthy team dynamics. Through practitioner expertise, real-time tracking and by identifying areas of strength within a team and opportunities for improvement, VictoryLab helps optimize your team’s performance.

 

THE RESEARCH BEHIND VICTORY LAB

VictoryLab started with a small group of passionate professionals that worked closely with populations that paid the highest price possible for struggles with mental health. Seeing it first hand, they were empowered to make a difference. It was this catalyst that spurred our research and eventually became the foundation of our evidence-based practice.

Many studies have shown the effectiveness of mobile applications and online coaching on emotional and mental well-being. Working closely with leading researchers and professors, we are building a new body of research that takes this into account. Using technology and organizational awareness, we’re able to measure and develop innovative and effective prevention programs.

Our programs are based on an evidence-based process that integrates research-driven data and practitioner expertise to sensitively assess situations in the area of emotional and mental well-being. Working alongside professors, Dr. Alex Benson and Dr. Luc Martin, research and evaluations are used to inform, create and monitor the questions, technology and crisis counselling services offered by our programs.

COPING AND LEARNING

Our programs support users who work and play within an organization by offering daily anonymous emotional connection with the option to engage in real-time chat with a master’s level counsellors.  This application is completely anonymous and helps users learn healthy ways and skills to cope and deal with difficult situations.

SUPPORT

Our programs provide access to professional counselors who are available when you need them most and in the comfort of your surroundings.  Our programs, including our professional counselling, coaching and training services, collect anonymous data that’s fed into a dashboard, then vetted and sent to team leads and administrators.  This information can be used to inform reports, policies, programs and executive decisions related to health and wellness strategies.  It will create a culture of strong health and wellness, no matter the environment.
